3DEN Offices SoHo offers 4 standard and 2 executive offices for both weekly and on-demand reservations. Located in the heart of SoHo at 206 Spring Street, each private office also has access to a shared print and copy room and a common kitchenette. 3DEN Offices SoHo also has a reservable, fully equipped meeting room for up to six socially distanced guests.

You have total control of your experience through the app. Use the app to check how busy the space is, to check in and out and to reserve amenities.
Health and safety are a top priority for us too. We've employed a rigorous cleaning and sanitization process throughout the day in each space and all guests must confirm a health waiver for every visit.

To make a reservation simply swipe to the 3DEN SoHo Private Offices location in the 3DEN app. Select the type of office you’d like to reserve and you’re good to go. You can reserve up to one week in advance and cancel your reservation up to 24 hours in advance. Easy peasy.
