3DEN is committed to providing a safe place for guests to work and gather. As the world continues to adapt to new public safety information and standards, 3DEN is using our technology to assist our operations, adding hardware elements to provide additional protections and increasing the capacity of our host staff, while keeping interactions to a minimum, to ensure 3DEN lounges adhere to the highest standards of prevention and public health safety.
3DEN will constantly monitor both State and Federal guidelines and recommendations during this time of heightenedpublic health and safety. If State or Federal officials mandate or recommend processes and procedures, they will beimmediately rolled out in 3DEN. From providing masks for guests to requiring an in-app waiver where customers attestto a clean bill of health, 3DEN will monitor up-to-the-minute guidance to ensure the space adheres to and exceedsgovernment issued guidance.
3DEN will be installing air purification units throughout the space, providing an additional layer of protection against the spread of airborne contaminants. Air purification is medical grade H13 HEPA Dual Filters with each cleaning 2,500square feet every 30 minutes. In addition to air purification, diffusers will be used throughout the space.
Phone sanitization units will be found throughout the space so guests can clean their devices while visiting.
Additional personal sanitization products will be found throughout the space, ensuring hand sanitizer, table wipes and paperplacements for individual work areas are found throughout.
-All seating will be 6 feet from another customer.

-3DEN hosts will conduct full maintenance upkeep each hour; checking and cleaning tabletops, chairs, handles, restrooms and any other commonly touched surface (e.g. buttons on coffee maker)
-Our backend 'host app' will also alert hosts and cleaning staff when an area is vacated after usage, to ensure all surfaces and areas are properly sanitized once vacated
-Hosts will seat guests upon arrival during this health crisis to ensure all customers are safely distanced. Though we cannot guarantee someone stays in their are, it is a customer service cue that reminds folks to socially distance themselves.
